The room was quite clean, a plus.
The check-in process was not friendly. I felt almost unwelcome. One night, I was locked out upon returning at 3 a.m., and another night my stay was questioned. The staff's attitude was frustrating, and the lack of a kettle or even a complimentary bottle of water was disappointing. The room's décor was plain and uninspired. It was hardly a space I wanted to photograph.

The staff prepared gluten-free bread rolls each morning. I appreciated that. They were always smilingwith a cute atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to Gare de l'Est made travel easy, yet the room remained quiet. The location had many restaurants nearby. I found this very convenient.
