the staff was friendly and did provide assistance when asked.
my double room was smaller than anticipated, and maneuvering was difficult. also, the bathroom had a noticeable smell of sewage, and this was constant. the shower was very small, and it restricted movement.

the location is very good. it's near metro stations. the room was cleaned every day. the breakfast included was decent.
the room was small, i could barely fit into it. the wallpaper was peeling. the wifi did not work after a day.
