the staff were very helpful and accommodating. mourad was helpful making sure my stay was comfortable!!! he provided me with an umbrella when it was raining, very handy. he also provided me with something to eat and drink before my early morning return flight.
The cleaners did not change the sheets. They just flipped the pillows around and the duvet.

I found the staff to be quite helpful . mourad at the reception was particularly friendly. he provided clear directions and suggestions for exploring the area, which i appreciated. the proximity to the metro was also a plus. It made getting around easy.
I noticed a slight plumbing smell in the bathroom. the shower was rather small. The curtain stuck to me. there was no coffee available in the room, and i had to pay extra to get it downstairs. (i really needed my coffee in the morning!)

The staff was kind and helpful at reception.
The room was quite small and did not match the photos online. The shower was particularly cramped. The curtain stuck to me during showering, and water went everywhere. This was frustrating after a long day.

The staff was helpful during check in. Breakfast was available upon request. The location provided convenient access to several points of interest. I found a reasonably priced undercover garage nearby, a great option for those driving.
I noticed the air conditioning seemed to turn off on its own .
