convenient location clean room helpful staff small bathroom noisy elevator tea refill
the location was really convenient (close to shops and metro). the room was clean upon arrival. the staff was helpful when i needed directions.
the bathroom felt very small. the elevator made a loud noise, especially noticeable from my room. the tea was not refilled in my room, a minor inconvenience.

quick taxi service useful coffee maker quiet second floor nice breeze
I loved the quick taxi service. I never waited more than ten minutes even early. the room had a coffee maker and a mini fridge, super handy. our room was on the second floor, and it was surprisingly quiet. it faced the inner courtyard, allowing a nice breeze to come in!
one minor issue, the man at reception at night was not friendly.

a serene parisian interlude
opera proximity staff friendliness quiet street
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to both the opera and galeries lafayette. the staff demonstrated genuine friendliness. the quiet street outside allowed for peaceful sleep. the hotel provided a cozy room, perfect after long days of exploration.
the bathroom felt quite cold. this minor discomfort affected my overall experience. i suggest the hotel consider upgrading its heating system. the bathroom's temperature was a noticeable contrast to the rest of the room.

mold smell sticky tables
The staff was nice and helpful. That much is true.
The room reeked of mold. The tables had a sticky residue. The quilt cover featured a noticeable stain, it was off-putting.
