the staff were professional and helpful (they even gave me directions to a hidden gem of a café!). the hotel had a super clean and cozy atmosphere. its proximity to the gare de l'est allowed easy access to various parts of the city via bus or metro. the central location meant i didn't have to worry about long commutes.
it wasn't a problem for me, but i can imagine it could be challenging for some guests, especially with heavy luggage or rooms on the higher floors.

great locationcomfortable roomfriendly staff
the location was spot on. it was within walking distance to much of what i needed. also, it was close to both main train stations. the staff were nice, breakfast was good enough, and the room was comfortable. it was what i expected and needed. as i was just passing through.
it can only take one person with an empty belly

The hotel offered a buffet breakfast, but i did not partake. many restaurants and cafes surrounded the hotel, providing many options for meals. I loved the small brasserie across the street.

clean roomsmall bathroom
The hotel has a great location near public transport and shops. The room was also clean.
My room was on the sixth floor, carrying luggage up two flights of stairs. The bathroom was small, and water covered the entire floor after using the shower.
