The location is very near the main train station. Direct tram access is available from the main station to the hotel. I walked about 5 minutes from the hotel to the train station.

the hotel's central location was a major plus. i found it easy to walk to many attractions and the main train station. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly keeping me comfortable .
i noticed the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been convenient.

The hotel location is excellent. It is close to the central station. the room had effective air-conditioning, a huge plus. breakfast included a very good selection of foods. the staff handled requests well!!!
the hotel is not in a particularly good neighborhood. i did not feel safe walking around at night.

The location offers easy access to the main train station (a real plus for travelers!). I found many cafes and kebab places nearby, very convenient. The room provided ample space and included a good-sized bathroom.
The room lacked a kettle and cups. It would be great to have the option to make tea.

the breakfast HAD many options.. the price seemed reasonable. the hotel is located within walking distance to the central train station. it also allows easy access to main attractions in the city.
i found the customer service at reception not great. i prepaid for the stay.. i felt pressured to upgrade and pay more for a larger room. the room was clean. HOWEVER, it lacked tea or coffee facilities.

i found the location really convenient! the tram line is super close, so getting around was very easy. the reception staff were also so friendly and efficient.. check-in was quick, and they helped with directions! the room was clean and modern, i liked it.
the street was a bit noisy at times, especially with restaurant smells when i opened the windows.
