I appreciated the modern look of the place, and it was close to a large park. the 24-hour kiosk inside the hotel was very convenient. It was very useful. the staff was friendly and communicated well in english.
the windows did not open in the rooms. air circulation was not sufficient to cool the room, especially on the top floor in the summer. i received emails stating we could park if we found a spot, but upon arrival, we were told to move our car because others had reservations.

The family room offered ample space. its cleaning was amazing. The beds were also very comfortable. we appreciated the space to support our family.
there was no heating in the room. outside temperatures were very cold. extra blankets were unavailable, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

i appreciated the larger room i received which gave me more space. i also found the guest kitchen helpful, especially for late-night meals. the staff described the public transportation options clearly. i could easily navigate the area.
the washing machine was out of service . it impacted my laundry plans because i expected the on-site laundry to be available. this caused some inconvenience.
