the room was very spacious! it had a lovely little lobby area. the bathroom included great equipment, and cleaning staff replenished items as needed. the weather was hot, but the provided fan proved useful. i had an excellent stay!

the breakfast buffet included fresh rolls and croissants it was satisfactory. the hotel managed to be warm without being stifling. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the refrigerator in the room super helpful for storing drinks and snacks.
the tram outside was very frequent it was loud even with earplugs it was very difficult to sleep.

the room had a good size for me. the fridge in the room and a little balcony were useful. a fan helped a lot with the heat. the bathroom and shower were great. everything was clean and the staff were lovely.
the noise from outside was very noticeable. the tram right outside created a lot of sound. this tram noise was an issue throughout the day and night. i got earplugs, but others couldn't wear them, and they were tired.

Lots of food places are close. A good supermarket is across the road. There is also an italian restaurant near the hotel. there's also a good bakery opposite, so it's easy to get takeaway coffee and pastries.

The hotel is close to the main train station and some tour locations. The staff was friendly and accommodating to requests. The rooms were very clean during my entire stay.
The lack of air conditioning made the room too hot for sleeping. I could not open the windows because of the loud tram noise. A more effective cooling system is needed for summer months.
