the hotel really killed it with location near main attractions and the open market. our room, with its comfy twin beds and bathroom, was super clean with daily housekeeping, so that was epic. i really appreciate the selection of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners provided in the ensuite bathroom. plus, we got to drop our bags early and they held them until check-in!
honestly, the electric fan had only one level, intense, and the room could get hot quick. i think some tlc on that fan, especially during hot weather, would make a big difference .

the hotel provides a safe in each room, this is a big win for storing valuables while you explore. also, the bathroom had plenty of shelving for personal items, super handy.

the front desk staff speak great english, they are super friendly, kind, and helpful! the hotel also allows luggage to be stored both before check-in and after check-out. this is perfect for early arrivals or late departures.

location is great, with the open market right next door and main attractions just a hop away. the hotel's central location makes it super easy to walk to points of interest. public transport and taxis are very accessible.

breakfast needs to be ordered the day prior. i chose not to partake in the breakfast service, so i can't comment. however, there are many places to eat and drink near the hotel, so this is very convenient.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made accessing various restaurants easy, and it was close to tourist spots. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially the front desk!).
My room faced the street, and i found the noise levels high. The sounds from outside continued late into the night.

i enjoyed the central location. it was a stone's throw from the Marienplatz. the value for money felt unbeatable. the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants.
the room was very basic. i wish there were more facilities, like a tea maker.

The location is fantastic. It is very close to everything in the city. The staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. My room had comfortable beds. The room was spotlessly clean upon arrival and kept that way with daily housekeeping.
Carrying heavy bags up the stairs was inconvenient. I was not notified of the issue before arrival.

the location is awesome because its super close to the square and the market! i borrowed a charger from the receptionist. that saved me money. the location is excellent! it is just steps to the main train station!
the walls were thin. i could hear my neighbors talk. the room got hot, and there was no air conditioning. i saw hairs in the bathroom, so the cleaning was not the best!

The location was indeed very central. It made exploring the area quite convenient.
I found the room quite basic. There was NO air conditioning, and the provided fan was rather noisy (it was DIFFICULT to sleep). Storage was also very limited. We constantly tripped over our suitcases.
