the receptionist provided hot water each night. we also received two bottles of sparkling water in the room. the room had a good level of cleanliness (i found this particularly important).
the shower could use an update (it felt a bit old).

I loved how close it was to the train station!!! the staff were so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. the room was clean, and the bed was really comfy. breakfast had lots of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!!!
the street noise was a little loud at night, even with the windows closed.

the location proves itself quite the asset, especially when you need quick access to transportation. i appreciate that the lufthansa bus from the airport stopped right outside. this made getting to the hotel very simple.
i noticed the ventilation left much to be desired, and a fan was nowhere to found when requested. the breakfast also proved unsatisfactory, the bread selection was hardly refilled. soap dispenser in bathroom was empty.

The hotel's location is great. It is close to the main train station. I found the staff to be polite and helpful . Breakfast had a good variety. It catered to short city visits.
My room was quite small. Space was limited, especially with luggage. I noticed the lack of air conditioning, only a fan was provided, and it struggled in the summer heat. The bathroom seemed old. The shower setup caused some water spillage.
