The breakfast included a full english option. it ticked all the boxes. there was a good spread with cereals, fresh fruit, and yoghurt too. ingredients seemed high quality. The bacon was crisp.

the radiator in the room did not work. it got colder in the evening. the reception staff had short and abrupt attitudes on arrival. i was given the wrong room initially. the staff member seemed frustrated when i asked for the room i had booked.

the hotel had free parking, which i appreciated. the check-in process was very easy. i also found the breakfast to be lovely.

The steam room and jacuzzi were not working during my spa night away. the food arrived before the drinks when i had my evening meal. i had to ask for the dessert menu. The staff were chatting around the corner at that time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The restaurant provided a great selection. The room was super clean and cozy.

The jacuzzi was out of service just before I intended to use it. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to it. I hope this can be fixed.

check in process did proceed smoothly. my room overlooked the gardens.

the steam room was out of service. i questioned the explanation provided, it seemed the delay in repair was intentional. the overall standard of decoration seemed poor and rooms weren't cleaned daily. i felt tea and coffee provisions should have been checked regularly.
