surprisingly good stay

the bathroom was completely new, i noticed, and a real delight. the carpets seemed brand new too. the bed was comfortable, i slept well! parking was tight, i had to park a minute away.
The window did not lock properly. I felt slightly insecure because of it.

the hotel has parking available on site, though spaces are limited! it's convenient to pay for parking upon arrival. i noticed the hotel is undergoing refurbishment which explains the new bathroom.

check-in was easy, going smoothly. the staff welcomed me warmly. staff explained check-out procedures briefly, which i found sufficient for a short stay, though more detail could be useful.

The location is a short walk from the train station. Parking was available outside. My room was a good size, with a shower and toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is available at the hotel. I did not partake in it, but I heard good things. Several local cafes are nearby. I found a good full English close by to the hotel.

My room had new carpets and a clean bathroom. The window opened easily. I was able to get fresh air. There was ample space in the room for luggage and moving around.

the room was clean and had plenty of clean towels! tea and coffee were topped up every day. limited parking was available at the site.
The lady who checked me in wasn't too helpful. She couldn't speak english very well, so it was hard to get information about checkout. no one was there in the morning at checkout. i had to leave through a back door and post the keycard through the front door.
