Check-in was quick. The staff gave me a warm welcome at the arrival. The room was clean. The location was great. It was close to shops and restaurants. I had a kettle brought up by the staff so I could make tea. The price for my two nights was good.
My room lacked air conditioning.

The room was basic but clean. it was also functional. I found it to be quite suitable for my needs. the staff were helpful. I felt they were always willing to assist. i enjoyed the continental breakfast.
My room was definitely budget. It was very small. the shower configuration wasn't ideal because there was nowhere to change. the corridors had a musty smell, though.

The location was Very nice! The hotel is super close to the cruise terminal. It only took about ten minutes to walk there. My room was basic, BUT it was spotlessly clean. The bed was quite comfortable too.
I wish there were more outlets available. I only found one under the TV.

The hotel has eco-friendly products in the rooms. This is a plus. The setup of the room had a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, each with personal lights. Toasties are available 24/7, something i did not explore.

The receptionist was very friendly. He greeted me quickly and we had a nice little joke. The maid staff was very kind and understanding when I was a bit late for checkout. They quickly let me in to double-check I had my items.

The location is VERY convenient. It is close to the railway station, multiple bus stops, and the old town. It's also only a short walk to the Horizon Cruise Terminal, a HUGE benefit. The city center is about a 15 minute walk.

The location was superb. It's close to the railway station. i also appreciated the proximity to mcdonald's for a quick bite. the room was clean and had the basics for an overnight stay. the friendly staff offered early check-in, very helpful.
the pillows were thin and lumpy, and i only found two in the room. also, i noticed there were only two thin towels provided with no face cloths.
