Excellent Stay in Convenient Location
nice sheets comfy beds breakfast options
The sheets and towels were nice quality. The beds felt comfy. Breakfast was lovely with extra options available such as kippers. I could park easily on site.
The room décor seemed a bit dated.

The hotel location is near the port. I was able to walk to the city center. There were also regular buses available if I did not want to walk.

decent, but some issues need attention
loud staff shower curtain
My stay had some drawbacks. the room was situated near what seemed to be a service area, perhaps the kitchen entrance (i should have asked for a different room). noise was a problem because staff smoked and talked loudly outside, right under the window. additionally, the bathroom looked adapted for disabled access, with a sink that was too low and a shower without a curtain. Water splashed everywhere.

I found the breakfast quite nice with fresh options. the staff were helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean. It was a family room, SO the size was LOVELY.
the car park got very busy and cramped, making parking a little stressful.
