I found the staff very helpful . the indoor heated pool was a real bonus, perfect for a relaxing swim after a day out. the hotel also provides a games room. I enjoyed a few rounds of table tennis. these facilities.
i noticed the room decor was a bit outdated. the carpets looked worn and could benefit from a refresh, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

the breakfast met expectations and was acceptable.
i was disappointed to find a long dark hair in the cereal tray!!! when i pointed it out, the staff said it must have been a guest's hair. the cereal tray was not changed afterwards, so i avoided it for the rest of my stay.

the staff were friendly, i noticed. the location is close to the alum chine beach. the cooked breakfasts were excellent. there is a swimming pool too. i liked that.
The window wouldn't shut. I noticed that. the door to the room let light in. i could hear everything from the hallway, it was annoying.
