serene stay amidst vibrant streets

quiet ambience convenient location amazing fragrance

the location provided easy access to shopping areas it was surprisingly quiet the hotel's fragrance was lovely i found it a peaceful haven. the staff were cute i felt very well taken care of. the Italian restaurant downstairs served a awesome breakfast it made mornings good.

the room was quite small it presented a slight challenge for maneuvering with luggage.

adequate location, some room issues

amazing location easy commute convenient shopping dirty toilet gloomy staff unclean room

the hotel location suited me just fine. it was very close to restaurants. shopping and bars were also nearby. the commute to shrines was easy too.

i dont feel the room was really clean to be honest. the bathroom toilet was actually dirty. the staff when i arrived to check in seemed gloomy.

great location friendly staff

I appreciated the hotel's amazing location near many shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. The staff were friendly and cute.. also providing skincare products and heat patches. The room was clean and included traditional Japanese style. I liked the matcha bowl with matcha powder, great for a small in-room ceremony.
