Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei is often described as a beautiful ryokan, both inside and out, situated conveniently within walking distance of Nishiki Market and close to train stations. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, sometimes noting that they are large by Japanese standards, with comfortable bedding and options for both Western-style beds and futons. Many enjoyed the available cultural activities, such as the tea ceremony and kimono experience; however, some found the ofuro to be a private bath with an additional charge, rather than a traditional onsen. A laundry service is available for guest convenience.

kind staffkimono rentals
the front desk staff were so kind and accommodating , i brought a ton of luggage and they offered to store it for me before check in and after check out. the hotel itself was so beautiful , i wish i stayed for longer , it had a lot of amenities i didn't get to take advantage of , like kimono rentals and tea ceremonies.
the wi-fi was terrible , the hotel offers two networks , but neither worked properly , even messaging apps wouldn't load.
