The proximity to the Bolhão Metro station is a definite advantage, with access to the city. I found several restaurants and the Bolhão market to be within a short walk. The staff provided helpful service when i needed it. The room was quiet.
The breakfast selection was fairly limited. I think more options would improve the experience.

This location really worked for me. it had walkable distance to attractions and an uphill location made city tours easy. i used taxis in the evenings after a busy day. It was a quick ride. the short taxi trips were super convenient after all the walking.

The staff was helpful and nice. They gave us early check-in without any issues. they also provided recommendations for great places to visit at a good value. i appreciated the hotel's central location. we got early check-in arranged by the front desk at no charge. the hotel has an antique feeling which i loved. I found the room clean and large.
the breakfast had some issues, specifically the coffee. there were a few dampness traces and an untidy look in the shower area.
