Excellent Adult-Focused Hotel Experience
friendly staff daily housekeeping pool maintenance
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed any needs i had. My room was cleaned daily and housekeeping did a thorough job each time. I found the pool area well kept with sufficient loungers . I appreciated how close the hotel was to shops and eateries.
The elevators were a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

Breakfast offered a decent selection, including fresh pastries and fruit, this was good. The dining area remained clean and well-organized throughout the service hours and the staff worked hard. I saw that the coffee machine was refilled regularly.

a decent stay
warm staff tasty breakfast short walk malfunctioning key unexpected entry phone proximity
my partner and i found the staff quite warm. natalie and the chefs created a great breakfast each morning. the beach was also a short ten minute walk from the hotel.
our room key stopped working consistently. i was told it was due to being near the phone. we also had a maid enter our room without knocking at 10 am before our 11 am checkout.

Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful staff fresh towels
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Fresh towels were provided regularly, a very nice touch. I appreciated the rooftop area. It offered a different vibe (especially at sunset). The pool area was well kept and clean.
I found the selection of drinks at the rooftop bar limited. On one evening, they ran out of several options, and that was a bit disappointing.

beautiful balcony tranquil retreat quiet environment
I adored the room's beautiful balcony and the excellent shower alongside wash facilities. It created a tranquil personal retreat. air conditioning kept the room cool, and i felt fortunate to be on the first floor away from the pool. It was especially quiet. having the shop and restaurant just across the road felt convenient for quick needs.
the tv did not function as a smart tv, and i had trouble connecting my phone.

I liked that breakfast foods were monitored regularly using thermometers by the staff. This showed a commitment to safety. the shop and restaurant across the road provided extra options for quick meals and necessities and that was appreciated.

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially regarding check-in and check-out procedures. It was easy! luggage storage was available, a great convenience for early arrivals or late departures. It allowed freedom to explore.
