The double room included a closet with hangers. i found fresh towels in the bathroom upon arrival. the location was near several points of interest. I walked everywhere.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear noises from the hallway sometimes.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

Giulia and Francisca were friendly and helpful. Their flexibility with my needs was acceptable.
The breakfast service was disappointing. The ham was cheap, and the cheese was low quality. The coffee tasted acidic, and the tables were not cleaned. Doing dishes after eating felt more like a low-budget hostel than a stay that cost 100 EUR per night. I think the hotel intentionally lowered the level of breakfast service, despite the good reviews of the previous tasty and rich breakfasts.

the location was easy to find from the main station. it was walking distance up a very steep hill. toilet facilities were shared by only two rooms. it made things easier and more convenient.
the shower did not stay hot. there was mould on the bathroom wall. there was no reception available in the afternoon or evening if something was needed.

I enjoyed a bright room with a street view. The location was super central and . I could explore easily. The staff was very helpful and always available.
