great boutique experience
cozy hotel great location easy walk city landmarks
this boutique hotel is beautiful and cozy. it looks just like the photos online. the location worked great, putting restaurants and bars right downstairs. i found it easy to walk to the city's landmarks from here.
the hotel lacked an elevator. my room was on a higher floor and i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs.

the room was spacious and included a walk-in shower (a nice touch). it was clean and well kept, meeting my expectations for comfort. i also noticed thoughtful design elements throughout the space.

the staff provided helpful information and were friendly. they allowed me to check in early, which i really appreciated. i was also able to leave my bags after checkout due to a late flight.

breakfast included fresh pastries and coffee. there were also options for making sandwiches with salami, ham, and cheeses. i found the variety suitable for both sweet and savory preferences (especially the fresh fruit!).

average stay with some issues
small room crooked hooks
The location was good. It was central.
The room i booked online looked much better than the actual one i got. it felt quite cramped, and i noticed the bathroom fixtures were not installed properly, like crooked hooks. the lack of an elevator was also a problem, as i had to carry my heavy bags up several flights of steep stairs. It was not fun.

the location proved advantageous (i could easily explore nearby attractions). the room featured high ceilings. the continental breakfast offered sufficient options to start the day.
the absence of an elevator meant carrying luggage up the stairs.
