my superior suite was very spacious, it had enough room for all my belongings. the breakfast was a delicious buffet, i found many options i enjoyed. the staff members were friendly and helpful, they always had a smile.
the telephone didnt worked in my room, it was quite annoying. i only had coffee for the first day, despite my three-day stay. i noticed much dust in some areas, it wasn't very clean.

the location was acceptable it was close to the center
the room was smaller than advertised i expected more space. the air conditioning did not work and it was uncomfortable during the nights. the staff did not seem to care much about addressing my issues

the staff were helpful .
the sound insulation was poor i could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms the walls seemed thin this made it difficult to rest properly especially at night moreover the breakfast area required more attention to cleanliness tables were often uncleared and food debris was noticeable i expect a higher standard of hygiene

the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of options available.
the room i was assigned had a persistent musty odor, despite airing it out. additionally, the in-room safe was non-functional throughout my stay, a major inconvenience. furthermore, the noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep before 1 am.
