the location was central, near a dining street. it was also convenient to the metro for intercity train stations. the value for money was good, a known quality for this hotel chain.
The air conditioning was very loud. I had trouble with temperature control.

Boroka welcomed me at the front desk. She fixed everything with a smile and was very helpful. Monica and Szilard also provided support. Housekeeping greeted me with a smile and did an amazing job. The breakfast team, including Zoli and Kitti, were always greeting and serving humbly.
The card system was annoying for an extended stay, I think. Rooms are cleaned and towels or sheets are changed only upon request. It Is due to environmental concerns. I did not find a mini bar in the room for refreshments.

The breakfast had good variety and was served in a spacious restaurant. I appreciated not having to wait for a table. Zoli and Kitti provided an excellent, humble service each morning.

This location is close to public transport, including a metro station and tram stop. The street has many restaurants. The hotel location offered convenient access to everything.

The staff members are friendly and efficient. Boroka, Monica, and Szilard provided very nice support . Housekeeping always did a great job, demonstrating politeness. I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

weak air conditioning
The air conditioning struggled mightily to keep up. setting it lower than 24 degrees celsius didn't seem to make a difference. The room remained uncomfortably warm. i often found myself waiting several minutes, a bit of a drag when all you wanted to do is get downstairs
