City Center Comfort

The hotel provided a great location for exploring. I found myself within easy walking distance of many attractions. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the available luggage room both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was enjoyable on sunny days, especially on the terrace.

The hairdryer did not work reliably a couple of times . That was inconvenient.

Breakfast had plenty of choices. I enjoyed scrambled eggs, frankfurters, cheese and ham selections. There was sweet bread and various types of cereals. Trying traditional fried dough and cabbage salad was lovely. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel sits very close to the metro station. The Saint Stephan Church is only 20 minutes away by walking. I saw a park across the street, and there was a concert one night. It added something.

The room felt quite old to me. The furniture and flooring looked damaged. I did notice a bad smell coming from the bathroom. It bothered me.

the hotel is very close to the metro and bus stops. i found the staff friendly and helpful. i secured a late checkout and an early check-in, which i appreciated a LOT. the receptionist was very kind and attentive.

the air cooler didn't seem to function effectively in all the rooms.

the breakfast included a variety of options, however the breakfast area seemed like a school canteen. the food was AMAZING!!! i enjoyed eggs and sausages every morning, that was enough for me, and i started my day with energy.

the hotel provides luggage storage, very practical for early arrivals or late departures. the location is great, it is near a yellow metro line. the price seemed fair given the location and that i could get around easily from here.
