The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a big choice of food and drinks, a really nice way to start the day.
The bathroom was too small for me. The hotel felt a little worn inside, the photos showed much better than real life.

poor soundproofinglimited selection
The soundproofing was not good I could hear everything happening in the hallway It was especially bad when people were talking loudly or doors slammed shut I also found the breakfast to be quite basic. The selection was limited and it did not change a bit more variety would be welcome

The location was AMAZING!!! I could easily walk to many main attractions. The staff at reception were helpful and cute. I received useful advice on local spots. The room was spacious and clean. I really appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some street noise at night, a bit disturbing.

The hotel's location was central to everything I wanted to see. The room was clean and had both fruit tea and coffee. The staff were eager to assist with requests. Breakfast was simple and staff would prepare fresh items upon request.
The pillows weren't very comfortable and I only had two towels.

the location was fantastic, very close to metro stations. clear instructions helped with the multiple doors and keypad passcodes. a comfy bed and dark shutters ensured good sleeping.
the door needed a good slam to close properly.
