The location was great. it was very close to gare du nord. This made travel easy. the staff were friendly and cooperative, a real plus. the room was clean. That is important.
The room was quite basic. there was no coffee table or armchair. A small table would have improved things. there was also no air conditioning. it got very hot when the windows were closed.

The staff was friendly and gave assistance. the location was convenient next to gare du nord train station. That makes getting to major sites easy. the balcony even gave a glimpse of the eiffel tower.
Beneath the bed, i noticed it was not fully clean. every time i left, i had to leave the key at reception. It did not feel safe. i noticed they forgot to lock my room door after cleaning one day, a bit scary.

location was a real asset it was near gare du nord i appreciated that. the double room also had a partial view of the eiffel tower it was a nice surprise.

The hotel sits near two train stations. It made travel easier. I saw the Eiffel Tower from my room on the fifth floor. The shower offered strong pressure.
My room lacked sufficient soundproofing.
