I found the staff very nice and helpful. The courtyard featured beautiful greenery, and the option for outdoor breakfast was available when weather permitted. The location is perfect, nestled between two Metro stations. I appreciated the proximity to numerous nice cafés, restaurants and bars.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff. They were very friendly. The location proved convenient because it was close to the tube station. This made traveling to the city center simple. The breakfast each morning was amazing!!! It prepared us for our day.
The bathroom door in my room didn't lock. It was an inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices, so I found something I liked. The hotel maintained great cleanliness throughout my stay. I appreciated the affordable price coupled with proximity to both metro and bus lines. There were many restaurants nearby.
The air conditioner operated on a timer. This caused the room to become warm during the night. I had to manually reactivate the air conditioning.

The location near the metro was acceptable. I could get around pretty easily.
The room was COLD. The thermostat read 21 degrees, but the temperature felt lower. I told the reception staff, but they just said hotels in France cannot set the heating higher, and they did not seem to CARE. I froze all night long.

the hotel provided luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out i found this quite convenient i could explore without my bags the metro station was very close with easy access to tourist attractions. the breakfast had nice options and good value i liked the convenience the staff were accommodating and helpful with all requests.
the bathroom felt small it was not particularly comfortable for extended use the lighting was not great either.

the single room featured comfortable sleeping space it had what i needed for sleeping only it was quiet and super clean for a budget option. a beautiful garden space added charm to the experience a plus for relaxation it was ideal for a solo traveller like me.

the staff was friendly and accommodating when i needed a plug for my phone they promptly assisted me their helpfulness was much appreciated. they allowed me to leave my luggage securely enabling me to explore freely after checking out this service was a big plus.

the location near oberkampf station gave easy access to many places the metro was very close offering quick connections. the neighborhood felt safe with local restaurants and bars around for meals. it was convenient to reach from the train station too.

The metro station was located very close. Public transportation was easily accessible from there. The courtyard provided a nice, quiet space.
The room was really small. IT HAD a sliding door to the bathroom. A fan ran all night in the bathroom, and I could not turn it off.
