I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff. The breakfast included fresh items and a comfortable setting. I was happy to be close to the metro and many restaurants. The bed and pillows were nice.
The air conditioning was a little noisy.

The staff provided a warm and friendly welcome ,always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. One staff member was particularly helpful ,offering quick takeaway from the breakfast buffet. Their attentiveness greatly enhanced the stay.

The room had immaculate floors and a huge ,very nice shower. The floors were very clean. A minibar allowed for refreshing sodas upon arrival , a welcome treat after a long trip.

The room was quite clean and served us well. i found many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, about two blocks away. It was very convenient. the staff was helpful! they were quick to address my questions and provided useful directions.
the room i had was small, at least to me.

the location was great with plenty of cafes nearby.
i found that the photos were deceiving, because i ordered the superior room but received a ground floor room. the window faced directly into an adjacent room, so it was very dark. the room was also dated and not worth the money i paid.

the noise from the cleaning staff was excessive during work hours. it was necessary for me to request a reduction in their volume due to banging noises. furthermore, a cleaner mistakenly removed my personal towel from my luggage, a concerning intrusion into my belongings..
