decent stay
helpful staff great location
the staff were helpful. they were always available to answer my questions. the location was also great. it was close to many tourist spots (i could walk everywhere!).
the hallway to my room was quite narrow. i could barely fit my luggage through it. the room view faced an inner courtyard and looked horrible (it seemed like a prison!).

cute staff heated towel rack
The hotel sits in a great location, allowing simple access to stores. I found easy access to train and historic sites. The staff were cute and kind, ready to help with anything I needed. The room was large, a definite plus for my stay. I liked the heated towel rack. It was a luxurious touch after a shower.
The hotel is not fully accessible. The elevator is tiny.

small elevator inconvenient stairs
The location was acceptable. It was close to saint lazare station. (that's always a plus)
I was annoyed by the small elevator. It felt cramped. also, the room i had was on the sixth floor, requiring me to use stairs after the elevator stopped at the fifth floor. this was inconvenient with luggage, and i found it rather frustrating.
