the hotel location is very good. i was near the metro station and a shopping center. this made getting around the city very easy.
the air conditioning was not working in my room. i had to leave the window open . the bathroom was also very small with slow drainage.

I appreciated the closeness to the metro station. It was literally across the street. the shopping mall beneath the hotel includes a grocery store. i found many closets in the room, a feature i used for organizing my belongings.
Street noise was very noticeable. Sounds from both the street and adjacent rooms were easily heard.

I found the metro station very close. a shopping center with a supermarket stood right next door. i could prepare food in the apartment. the apartment provided an iron with ironing board.
the customer service representative did not allow me to check in even one hour early unless i signed up for their loyalty program. it might be a hotel rule. it would have been nice if they had been a little considerate.

the location was very CENTRAL. you have a shopping mall Right under, with a big grocery store. THE metro is very close. lots of closets helped keep my things very organized.
the hotel ROOM needs some work and it IS pricey. the complimentary coffee station had no cups near it SO it was useless. i had to bring my own cup from the apartment.

the metro connections outside the door were excellent to many locations. loads of places for eating and takeout are available with a shopping center connected to the hotel.
the coffee machine in reception was heavily used and not refilled enough.
