Excellent Stay!
helpful staff tasty breakfast
The staff was REALLY helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the surprisingly tasty free breakfast. I also loved the location. It was close to good food and transport.
There was poor room soundproofing, so you can hear everything in the hallway. drilling noises came from the elevator all night long. The wifi was inconsistent, SO it was unsuitable for working.

The elevator is TINY but manageable. It only fits one person with luggage. There are luggage storage options available for early arrivals or late departures. The hotel offers free wifi in all areas, including rooms and common spaces.

good location metro station helpful staff stairs proximity constant noise outdated hotel
the hotel location is good for moving around. the metro station is quite close. the staff was kind and gave helpful recommendations for local restaurants to me.
the room was right next to the stairs. i constantly heard people walking up and down at all hours. the noise was noticeable, even with earplugs.

Solid Stay in Central Location
perfect location room upgrade personal touch
The location was perfect with proximity to shopping areas, subways, restaurants and grocery shops. I received a room upgrade and the view included Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. Omelettes were prepared in the kitchen.
Sound insulation needs improvement since hallway noises were easily heard.

My room was very very comfy and tidy. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provided filtered water. The tea and coffee facilities were a nice addition.
The sound insulation wasn't GREAT. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

customer service central area attic room single chair
the customer service was good. reception staffs are lovely from check-in. area is central, it has restaurants and cafes. the room had what i needed and it was clean.
i had a reservation a while ago. the picture showed a superior double room with a balcony. instead i got a small attic room. there wasn't a wardrobe in the room so i had problems with clothes for my stay. also, there was only one chair.

great location helpful staff free water
The location worked great for me, close to many shops. The staff were very helpful. I appreciated the free bottled water in the room and the coffee area downstairs was a really nice touch. I found the room was very clean.
I think the bathrooms could use some modernization.

charming stay close to everything!
friendly staff clean aesthetic central location good restaurant
the reception staff were very cute! they handled our luggage with care when we arrived and when we left. i really liked the clean, down-to-earth aesthetic in the rooms and the reception area. the location felt central! i found plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby.
the lift moved so slowly. it definitely needs some attention.
