clean room kind staff convenient location
the room was quite clean and reasonably spacious. the staff were kind and helpful . the location proved very convenient, near several landmarks and métro stations.
The lift accommodates a maximum of two people. This sometimes caused a slight delay.

the location was PRIME. staff booked taxis easily for me. rooms are very clean AND cosy. it's great!

wonderful experience near Opera Garnier
helpful staff clean room central location convenient travel
the staff was AMAZINGLY helpful with directions and recommendations. my room was very clean and well maintained . the location is SUPERB, being so close to Gare Saint Lazare, and very convenient for travel to various attractions. I appreciated the proximity to many cafes and restaurants nearby.
The lift is small. Only two people can fit at a time. this caused a little bit of a wait sometimes.

the room featured two bedside tables with individual reading lamps. the bed had nice linen, and there was a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers. a small writing desk was also available with a comfortable chair.

The staff were very helpful. The location is accessible to places of interest. The vintage look of the building worked well. IT was a positive experience.
My room was extra small. The carpet WAS completely wet. I asked for an iron, but there was none available.

shopping center public transport
The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. The Printemps shopping center was only a five-minute walk away. Public transport was also very close!
The breakfast was adequate. But the granola tasted stale.
