comfortable stay near the stations
helpful staff mini fridge train station coffee machine
I found the staff very helpful, especially with directions. the room included a mini fridge. I used it daily. the proximity to both gare du nord and gare de l'est was a real advantage! a coffee machine was available in the room too, and it came in handy for early mornings.
The lighting in the hallway was dim. I sometimes struggled to see the stairs near the lift.

I had breakfast included and the baguette was warm. the croissant was quite delicious. they served orange juice and coffee too. It was a satisfying start to the day.

i found the location very practical near the train station and a lively street. i could easily walk to other places and access the metro. the staff proved friendly and there was a coffee machine available. i appreciated having such easy access to transport links.
the hallway was almost completely dark at night. there was a steep set of stairs next to it.

helpful staff great location fresh pastries small room missing curtain humidity smell
I found the staff to be nice and helpful. The location is GREAT, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast included fresh bread and pastries that were quite delicious.
On the second day, the curtain in the shower disappeared. There was a smell of humidity in the room ITSELF.

helpful staff useful fridge coffee machine easy dining
i found the staff helpful (especially with directions). the room had a mini fridge, really useful for storing drinks and snacks. i also appreciated the coffee machine in the room, a nice touch for early mornings. the proximity to local restaurants and cafes made dining out easy.
the street was a bit noisy at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

a good experience
friendly staff coffee machine
the location worked wonderfully for me. it was near the train station and on a lively street. the staff were friendly and there was a coffee machine, which i really needed. i also appreciated that i could easily walk to other places and get to the metro.
It is a small hotel, so if i returned late and wanted to sleep in the following morning, there was no way to signal that on the door. i was awakened when the cleaner came in. This was an inconvenience.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful . The location was great for accessing transport links. I found several restaurants nearby, convenient.
My room was quite small. The bathroom smelled a bit musty. Some fixtures needed updating.
