helpful staff easy access fresh towels
The staff were helpful and kind. The location provided easy access to many points of interest. The superior double room was clean and had fresh towels daily.
The lift was out of service one day .

Breakfast included pastries, yogurts, and some hot items. Pancakes and coffee were available Too. The breakfast staff were attentive, everything was tidy and well-stocked each morning.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with directions. Reception was staffed around the clock. The team addressed questions with patience, always available to provide local information.
Facilities

The fitness center included several cardio machines, such as treadmills and stationary bikes. A sauna provided a place for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. A conference room was spacious, though I did not use it.

immaculate room modern design
I appreciated the very clean room (it was immaculate!). The color scheme was lovely, and the modern design was a good touch (a lovely staircase!).

central location friendly staff well-equipped room
the location was excellent, close to everything i wanted to see (it was a dream!). the staff was always friendly and helpful. my room was super clean and well-equipped. i found the street to be quiet,.
The gym was quite basic. I hoped for a bit more equipment.

terrible dip impossible work
The gym was good. It had the basics i needed.
The wifi barely worked at all. It made it hard for me to do any work, something i really needed to do. the room wasn't clean, either. the bed had a terrible dip in the middle. i really think this was one of my worst stays i have ever had.
