The location was convenient with easy access to the metro. The staff was polite and always ready to assist with directions. My room had a safe for valuables and a mini fridge which was very practical. The room was cleaned daily I found that very nice.
The walls seemed thin I could sometimes hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was quite basic it lacked variety . The elevator was small it could only fit a few people at a time.

the staff was helpful! they swiftly addressed my needs and were always available. the location is excellent! it provided easy access to many local attractions, shops, and restaurants. i found the bed very comfortable and the room was quite clean. the cleaning service kept everything immaculate.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they responded quickly to requests i made. emmanuelle at the front desk was particularly helpful. it was really nice to see such a level of service.

an okay stay, i guess
broken aircon no fan
the location was alright i suppose. it was close enough to the metro.
my room seemed too hot and i asked if they had a fan. they didn't have one. the aircon was also broken.
