the hotel was conveniently located near the bus station. the staff was approachable and had smiles. the breakfast selection was good (i especially liked the fresh ingredients).
the area around the hotel did not feel very safe at night. the hotel did not provide slippers.

the pillows were horrible i had a hard time sleeping also the walls are thin i heard the neighbors talking at night this caused bad sleep

The hotel is close to the metro, very convenient.
It was excessively small and the bed was two singles pushed together. This was uncomfortable. The staff at reception seemed unhappy. They lacked enthusiasm. the wifi had consistent problems. It did not work well.

The hotel was very close to public transport links. I found the metro and bus station being a short walk AWAY. The room had ample space and felt clean upon arrival.
