The room included new towels daily. A big shopping center with a supermarket is only a short walk. The hotel features a common space with a terrace. This terrace has a nice view.
Noise from the hallway was audible inside the room.

i found the receptionist very helpful on my arrival. they stored my bags both before check-in and after i checked out. the location allowed easy access to the downtown area and the waterfront. the nearby bus station was also quite convenient for transportation.
the walls seemed quite thin and i could hear noises from other rooms.

The location is excellent with easy access to the main plaza mall. Many bus stops are close by. this area offers good connections yet it remains quiet at night, i slept very well. the room was decent. It included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee.

I found the staff helpful . They cleaned my room earlier than the standard check-in time, allowing me to settle in three hours early. the location is convenient. It's near the city center, madeira plaza shop, and the bus terminal. the shared kitchen had a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator. the terrace provided a nice space with city views.
the road outside was busier than i expected, and the noise from the traffic did affect my sleep a little, earplugs would be useful.

the twin room included two separate beds and basic furnishings. the bathroom provided a functional shower and essential toiletries. a fan was available, and it certainly helped with ventilation in the room, it was a plus.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City

I enjoyed the location a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions and suggestions for local attractions. I found a modern shopping center with a supermarket and cafes nearby. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area on foot.
The noise was noticeable from the street. I heard quite a bit from neighboring rooms. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep soundly.
