the hotel had a great location near many attractions. i walked to the trevi fountain and termini station. my room included a nice balcony and ac (it really helped!).

The air conditioning barely cooled the room. it sounded like a motorcycle. also, the pillows were terrible. I woke up with a stiff neck every morning.

i found the staff very helpful and attentive. the location allowed me to walk to several attractions. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, a great sleep after long days. everything i needed for my short stay was available, i explored the city with ease.

the street outside was a bit noisy at times, it occasionally disrupted my sleep.

the bathroom needed work because the bathtub drain was clogged. i told a chambermaid to stay out of the room, but i returned and she was inside. i found the room to be quite small.
