I found the location very convenient. It was close to the lido swimming area. the kitchenette in my room was useful for preparing simple meals. the staff were helpful, especially with directions and local information.
The communal areas outside the rooms had some dated tiling. It looked a little worn.

The staff offered assistance with local directions. they were also very friendly. the reception helped with taxi bookings. This made my travel arrangements easier. i appreciated their attentiveness.

Luis at the front desk assisted me in securing the room I had originally booked. It featured a remodeled interior and a wonderful view. The breakfast offered a rich selection of items. The gym had ample equipment for a good workout.

poor soundproofingdisruptive noise
I found the soundproofing to be inadequate. i could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway. a persistent sound of glass being emptied into a container was disruptive. the hotel might consider investing in better sound insulation for a more restful stay. This constant noise was bothersome, particularly during sleeping hours.

the room was a studio. it had a small kitchenette. there was a sea view from the balcony (i liked that a lot). breakfast included fresh fruit.
the bathroom looked a little old. i found some repairs on the tiles (i don't like it). this caused some noise.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near bus stops, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the staff was great. The room was clean throughout my stay which was great. The fifth-floor ocean view provided a lovely backdrop.
The hotel could use some minor updates to modernize the rooms.

The front desk clerk, Luis, helped me get the room I originally booked, with a wonderful view! This room was remodeled and up to date! I was grateful for their help in resolving the room mix-up.
