The location proved advantageous because it was close to the town. The room size was adequate, meeting my basic needs for space. The host was friendly and accommodating.
The armchair in the room had noticeable stains. This made it unusable. I also found dust in the room. This suggested a lack of thorough cleaning. Stair carpets were quite grubby too.

the room felt unclean upon arrival i had to wipe down surfaces the bed cover seemed grubby too few tea bags were provided for my two night stay the shared bathroom needed more regular cleaning

The location was central. I reached shops and cafes within minutes. The ensuite double room was VERY convenient. I appreciated that the room stayed warm . The staff were friendly.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Noises from outside were quite audible.

Tea, coffee, and milk refills were available daily, very useful. A kettle was INCLUDED in the room. Breakfast was available with several options.

The room had a hairdryer, WHICH i found useful. I used the free on-street parking. I found it convenient. Modern bathrooms were available, AND were very clean.

the location proved acceptable for my itinerary.
the single room i occupied suffered from a pervasive damp odor and i saw visible mold around the window frame. the ventilation system was inadequate to combat this issue and left a regrettable impression. the need for immediate remediation cannot be overstated to ensure guest comfort and health.

Check in was easy. The room provided a kettle. Free Wi-Fi worked well in the room and it was good. The location proves very central and close to shops.
The room felt a little chilly in the evening.
