jacuzzi facility nightly entertainment bigger room
i was really happy with the facilities like the pools and the jacuzzi. the entertainment every night was a nice touch. i also got a room bigger than i booked which was a nice surprise!

friendly staff tasty breakfast small tv aged hotel
i found the staff super friendly. the room was clean, and breakfast was tasty.. they cleaned the room every day while i explored the city. i liked the outside bar.
i found the tv on the wall very small. due to the lack of a normal table or cabinet by the wall, there was no space for phones or books. the hotel appears aged to me.

underwhelming stay
dated furniture thin walls
the room felt quite dated. the furniture seemed old and worn. i found it hard to get comfortable. plus, the walls were thin. noise from other rooms easily disturbed me at night. i really wish it had been quieter.

The staff was helpful and spoke english well. The food was good. The dining room staff worked hard. There was good contact with the staff and any issues were quickly resolved.
The windows seemed old. A heavy storm made sleep difficult. The windows bounced a lot.

The hotel is in a good location with parking. Its proximity to bars and restaurants is a plus. The views around are fantastic. This hotel offers good value for the money.

The staff was very helpful and resolved all our issues. Most of the reception staff were kind and cute. The staff was approachable and spoke english well. I found the service to be of good quality.

convenient location super clean room
Everything looks modern. the location is very convenient. It is easy to reach local attractions. cleanliness was excellent. my room was super clean. Common areas were equally well-kept. the staff clearly maintain high standards.
the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not great for several days. i told a waiter but it didn't change immediately.

fresh fruit convenient location helpful staff outdated furniture thin walls slow elevator
the breakfast buffet had a very good selection and I appreciated the fresh fruit. staff were kind and helpful with all my requests. the location was convenient with easy access to restaurants. i found it easy to explore the surrounding area from there.
My room felt a bit outdated. Some of the furniture could use updating. the walls were thin and i could hear noise from the hallway. the elevators seemed a little slow at peak times. i had to wait a few minutes sometimes.
