good variety constantly clearing dirty chair second towels
the breakfast had good variety and many staff were constantly clearing tables. i was able to select soft or hard pillows because there were two sets. the rooms were also very clean.
There were no second set of towels in the room upon arrival. We were a couple. i felt disgusted when i saw it.

convenient location and decent breakfast
train station great location breakfast options food breakfast quality broken bed unclean linen bedding missing towels
the hotel is very close to the train station. this made getting around the city very easy. the breakfast had many options for everyone like eggs sausage and fruit.
our fold down bed was broken and the springs were not connected to frame. the bed linen was not clean when we arrived and there were blood stains on sheet. we had to ask for three sets of towels every day despite paying for three guests.

Charming stay near Hirschgarten!
convenient parking spacious room
the front desk personnel were very kind. the location provided easy access to the city center via sbahn... the room was quite spacious. parking was convenient and a grocery store was nearby.
i found that the breakfast could benefit from more hot options. i wished for items like sausages or bacon to accompany the scrambled eggs. hopefully, this can be addressed in the future.

kind staff great selection convenient location
the staff was kind (they really made my day), friendly, and always ready to help. breakfast offered a great selection. the location is very close to the train station, it simplifies getting around.
the wifi connection experienced occasional instability.
