The location was excellent. Public transport was just outside. the staff provided travel passes at reception for 17 euros. the breakfast offered a fantastic start to each day.
the room's temperature was sometimes difficult to regulate precisely.

The room i booked did not have air conditioning, so it became quite warm during the night. i had to keep the window open. my room faced bayer strasse, a busy street and i got disturbed by traffic noises. Cars, trams, and people passing by throughout the night. my sleep was not good because of it.

The staff was REALLY helpful. I needed to store my luggage after checkout. They handled it without ANY issue. The breakfast offered a very good selection of fresh food and fruits. Everything was super clean, rooms, linens, towels, and beds.

The breakfast offered a large buffet with many choices. The staff was helpful and cared about my needs. Everything in my room worked well, and the room was cleaned daily. I am grateful for that.
The room lacked air conditioning and it became too warm during the night. I had to keep the window open. Unfortunately, the room faced the busy street, and I was disturbed by traffic noise from cars, trams, and passersby at night. Sleep was not the best.
