the staff was nice. they provide good service. my room was spacious. i really liked that the windows offered good isolation from outside noises.
there was no air conditioning when i stayed. it. payment processing seemed problematic. this led to some confusion later on.

The towels felt almost threadbare, they need replacement. the heating seemed inadequate, especially given the room's size and high ceiling. when i tried to leave around 7:15 am, no staff was present at the reception desk, causing a delay of about 5 minutes. It's inconvenient.

The artwork throughout the hotel was amazing. Our room, the Trendy Double, offered ample space and a very comfortable bed. The staff members were helpful and friendly. They always greeted us with a warm smile. The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. everything was fresh.

mixed feelings about the stay
good bathroommissing mini barearly wake-up
the bathroom was very good, i guess.
i booked a room marketed as having a mini bar, but there wasn't one. this was a key feature for me. also, housekeeping walked into my room at 9am while i was in bed, it really startled me.

the room had stylish decor and a well equipped bathroom. i requested hot water and the hotel staff brought a thermos of boiling water promptly. the staff accommodated my request for an early check in and a late check out. breakfast offered a nice variety of foods including fresh fruit and yogurt.
the room lacked air conditioning , made it slightly warm.
