Excellent Stay in Central Location

The front desk staff was quite friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of selections. The location is close to the U-Bahn station and the city center, EVERYTHING was convenient. I found the breakfast area clean, and well maintained.
The street noise at night was noticeable, even with the windows closed. The sound insulation could be better.

the beds felt fine.
they charged me twice, which annoyed me.. now i am waiting for the money to come back, a hassle. this really messed up my plans. i hope it gets resolved soon.

The room smelled like smoke, even though i booked a non-smoking room. the shower head kept turning toward the wall. It made taking a shower difficult. It wasn't simple at all. considering the cost, it wasn't worth it.
