The staff was helpful. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station.
The air conditioning was not adjustable, it was too cold for me. Street noise was significant due to heavy public transport (I could hear trams all night). This made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The air conditioning did not allow for temperature adjustments. I also noticed quite a bit of street noise. It was made worse by heavy public transport. These factors negatively affected my stay at the hotel.

the hotel is next to porta susa station. i needed to visit nearby offices.. i also found many good restaurants close at hand. i had a very cute from the staff, too.
the traffic was quite loud, it bothered me a little.
