The staff were helpful and solved all my questions. The location proved convenient , being very near my family's party venue. My room was spacious and very clean , which I appreciated. The bed was super comfortable , allowing for restful sleep.
The entrance door was not locked at night , so anyone could enter the hallway. This made me a little unsafe , as I had to leave the room to use the bathroom.

the staff was friendly and we felt welcome.
The room showed signs of dampness on the ceiling. condensation covered the bathroom window, and the radiator was rusty. the room also had a strong smell of greasy food. It was unpleasant.

the staff were really nice and helpful, which i appreciated.
The room was not clean. The ensuite was especially bad. the shower door almost hit the toilet, very inconvenient. i found no mattress protectors on the bed or pillows.

The staff were accommodating with my late arrival due to travel delays. I found a fan in the room, which helped with ventilation. The room had generous tea and coffee sachets. The kettle worked well. Ample free parking was available.
