the room was very clean and well kept. the location is a short walk to the train station. breakfast offered a good choice of food and beverages.

the hotel's proximity to watford junction train station was a major plus for accessing transportation (especially for harry potter studios). i found the complimentary breakfast offered a good start to the day. the staff was generally helpful and cute throughout my stay.
the limited selection of tv channels in the room was a bit disappointing, lacking options for streaming services.

small car park broken air conditioning
the parking situation was a complete mess! the car park around the back was tiny. there were no clear signs pointing to alternative parking spots. it definitely should state the cost of parking more clearly on the hotel site. also, the air conditioning didn't work. it was way too hot in the room all night.

train station breakfast variety
The location was excellent with easy access to the train station, it made trips into central london very convenient. breakfast offered a good variety of options. The service was quick.

Acceptable Stay, but Room Issues
hot room overlooking train tracks
The breakfast selection was good.
I found the lack of air conditioning problematic. The room was uncomfortably hot , even with the staff's attempts to fix it. I also had a room overlooking the train tracks, which prevented me from opening the window to get some fresh air.
