the parking situation was a complete mess! the car park around the back was tiny. there were no clear signs pointing to alternative parking spots. it definitely should state the cost of parking more clearly on the hotel site. also, the air conditioning didn't work. it was way too hot in the room all night.

I found the lack of air conditioning problematic. The room was uncomfortably hot , even with the staff's attempts to fix it. I also had a room overlooking the train tracks, which prevented me from opening the window to get some fresh air.
