the staff provided a complimentary drink upon arrival. the room was spacious, with a bay window. i found on-site parking very convenient and close to the lodges.

the quilt in the room felt a bit thin, so it wasn't the coziest.

The breakfast was actually pretty good. My husband really enjoyed the meat version of the English breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Terri who treated us with respect. That was appreciated.

The room I booked was quite small and a bit run down. The bathroom also seemed dated and in need of an update, honestly.

I was a little disappointed with my room. the bathroom had some issues. The shower head sprayed water everywhere except where it should. also, the towels felt a bit rough, and they weren't as fluffy as i hoped they be.
