the newly refurbished room had a very nice design. the breakfast was good (i loved the pastries!). the staff was very pleasant.
I found the bar and drinks options to be quite limited. there was no tv in the room. I could see where it had been on the wall previously. i also noticed a stain on the carpet.

The breakfast was REALLY good. I chose a full English, and it was served quickly with a smile. The two ladies working the breakfast service were very helpful and friendly, asking about my preferences (especially tomato and eggs). The room was clean upon my arrival, and I appreciated the fresh towels. The bed was comfy and ensured a good night's rest.
The exterior looked a little tired upon arrival.

i found the staff to be very helpful the manager rachel addressed a sensitive matter with professionalism i appreciated the copious amount of beverages provided in the room the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice available each morning. i was grateful the location was convenient for my needs and the staff were helpful with directions i really appreciated the value for money and will be returning soon. the fresh fruit was lovely and always available to get as i requested it.

I got a generous size king room for a reasonable price, it was clean. it was tidy. the room provided everything needed for my overnight stay. i found excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Filling the bath took only a few minutes.
the car park was full most of the time.
